AMENDMENT 64

AMENDMENT 64

Legalization victory for Colorado & Washington residents who voted to pass amendment 64 the use of marijuana of legalization law. Welcome, Legalize.co is bent on bringing you up to date news as quick as we possibly can.  Let's jump in shall we?  It is still unclear to most Americans what just happened in the States of Colorado & Washington.  A bill was brought by the people asking the voters to vote for the use of recreational marijuana.  The voters scrambled to the polls and voted, "yes" on the initiative and wham it was passed by flying colors.  So then, what happens next? Well, it is all up in the air for now because everyone wants to get started right away but the law takes time to go into effect.  But soon enough it will and hopefully all the bugs will be worked out so people can start sinking their teeth into some viable businesses. Amendment 64 is very exciting and will prove up to its very own word, "amendment." Read more

Yahoo! Marijuana is Legal!

Well the day we have been waiting for!  Colorado & Washington have both passed the law for the use of recreational marijuana.  Now then, the federal government apparently is not to happy about this and it has been said they are willing to talk.  Which in our opinion is a good thing.  If the federal government decides to initiate a lawsuit in order to thwart the law they are surely to run into a legal wrangling mess.  It is not what the feds want  but rather what the people want.  It is the American way, yes, a democracy.  It was the way we were raised and we won fair and square.  Not only in one state of the union but two states within our union.  I must say there had better be some strict regulations similar to alcoholic beverages.  We have to have laws to protect our civil society and we can not let things get out of hand.

We would like to congratulate the citizenry of both Colorado and Washington, it is…

Legalize iT

Welcome to Legalize.co a streaming marijuana news site sweeping America.  Yes, Legalize.co is a new website informing you of the most updated information available.  Today is a very trying day in 2012 as we continue to fight forward for the legalization of recreational marijuana for all America.  Some may say it is an endless battle but we do not think the way others do, besides as Americans we are told at an early age not to give up and do things legally to get what you want.  So then, we know what we want and we are going after it legally and will not stop until we prevail.  This is not rocket science, it is merely a question for the people, yes, if put it to the voter then we shall see who prevails.  Every group or activist for or against can pitch their own propaganda but who knows maybe we will come out a head.

If you notice here I am not bringing up the crippled or the victim of some deadly disease....I …

Marijuana Legalization in California

Marijuana Legalization in California

Welcome to Legalize.co a news information site where you can keep up with all the up coming information that hits the internet at the speed of light...or at least as fast as possible.  California has led the way to the legalization of recreational marijuana across the country until recently when Colorado seems to have made the jump in first place.  We figured this would happen as California has to deal with over zealous prosecutors who always seem to find some kind of minor violation of the 900+ collectives in Los Angeles County.  Once there is an alleged violation the police have no choice but to continue to waste money and write search warrants in hopes to find some bigger violation along the way.  Unfortunately, there are collectives out there breaking the law...just like police officers break the law along with prosecutors...yes they do.  It is all unfortunate, but we all break the law but people just don…

3 States Ready to Rumble

Reported by Legalize.co: Here is some legalize.co news which we hope you enjoy!  We have seen this same story unfold over and over.  Meaning if you take a look what is written here you can clearly see more detours as we have seen so many times.

Voters in three Western states prepare to decide on Nov. 6 on laws that would make small amounts of pot legal for recreational use. Along with the Colorado Amendment 64, Initiative 502 in Washington and Measure 80 in Oregon would allow people who are 21 and older to buy less than an ounce of marijuana from shops regulated by the state.

Essentially cannabis would be treated by the state in a similar fashion to tobacco and alcohol. Sales and regulated growing operations would be taxed and licensed. Or, would they?

If the proposals pass, the states may well become social laboratories, settling a very…
