Recreational Marijuana

Recreational marijuana, All things considered, despite the perception that Americans are big party people a new study shows men in their 20’s and 30’s take in about 175 calories a day in alcohol consumption, for women it is about 60 calories. What does this have to do with recreational marijuana? Well, the government warns this is a little more than one should partake in on a daily basis.  When you add up all those calories it leaves a big question for people who are gluten for a negative outcome and this is the part of the reason you will see people transforming from alcoholic beverages to recreational marijuana.  Interestingly enough, people really do not care about the counting the bean counter when it comes to calories when consuming alcoholic beverages rather they count their money and look at cost factors.

For the amount of money being spent on alcoholic beverages the average consumer could save thousands of dollars annually by not spending money on beverages vs. marijuana.  The cost factor is great and would surely help out each American to save more money toward retirement.  You might say, well then we would lose money on taxes.  Not so fast, if you figure it is in addition to the sales of liquor, it will be a bigger kitty if you will.  Some people say well if you consume marijuana it makes you hungry and you will buy more food, snacks etc…  This may be true in some respects but exponentially we will see a large influx of people purchasing recreational marijuana more than ever.

The recreational use of marijuana is a responsibility just as it is with liquor, people must be responsible and accountable for their actions.  Let’s chat about the age of people who may consume recreational marijuana, shall we?  You have to remember it will be anyone from the age of 18 years or older.  We seriously believe the age bracket will be between 18-70 so as  you can see that is a wide range.

Take a look at this video and you will see some of the pioneers speaking about the legalization of marijuana.  We chose this video in hopes you may be able to relate to some successful actors who have endorsed the marijuana reform laws for over 30 years.  If you listen carefully Cheech Marin & Tommy Chong speak about their person use of marijuana and if catch it you hear Cheech say he has been using it for 30 years.  Well, if you clue in..then you surely understand marijuana will not hurt you.

Legalize Marijuana

Of course, there are people who would like you to believe it will, however, these same people cannot prove what it is they are saying.  The fact is Cheech Marin & Tommy Chong are very popular and successful actors who have been in the mainstream of comedy for the past 30 years.  You may say to yourself they probably are not the most popular people to speak on behalf of marijuana reform but I am sure it only has to do with taking them both serious.  Comedians are sometimes hard to take serious especially since they made light of marijuana for so many years.  Nevertheless, take a look and you will see some good movement toward the use of recreational marijuana.

  1. I have been to many cannabis parties and many alcohol parties and my preference is the cannabis party. At an alcohol party, someone will usually get too much alcohol in their body and act in a loud and obnoxious manner. The morning after the party, many will suffer from a hangover. I have never seen anyone at a cannabis party get loud and obnoxious. And nothing approaching an alcohol hangover affects the cannabis party participant. The only ones who would suffer from the complete legalization of cannabis are those whose income is dependent upon the prohibition of cannabis. Narcotics officers associations, prison guards unions, and alcohol sellers and producers are in that group. Continued prohibition of cannabis is an assault upon the founding principals of personal liberty and personal choice which we hold dearly.

    1. David, thanks for your insight! We agree with you and believe more people would benefit from the use of recreational use of marijuana vs. alcohol. It is people like you who continue to support our cause that makes the movement viable and powerful. We are a strong movement pushing forward in life and would ask for your continued support. Thank you for being a part of our community…please come again…
