Police Cracking Down on Protestors

Police are cracking down on protestors who are caught smoking marijuana in public places during street marches and legal protest gatherings. We're not sure as to why other than the police realize they can enforce the law vs. not being to arrest someone for yelling at them or grimacing at them, so in a way people believe the police are just trying to keep the peace.  No matter, the real reason, the fact is there will always be someone smoking marijuana in public and generally speaking they're not hurting anyone.  The  police can continue to do these crackdowns but really they are basically wasting time and energy by doing so.  In California, the bill to legalize recreational marijuana has passed but the law really does not go into effect for at least a year from now in, 2018. Until then, we will continue to see enforcement action being taken regardless if there is a street protest.  After all, a concert which generates thousands of people in gathering may smoke marijuana in t…

Pot Legal Joe Catfish

Pot Legal Joe Catfish, present their newest music video on Legalize.co!  We interviewed Don Holifield who posted on our Facebook site after reviewing his music video.  Don an outspoken cannabis activist since the 70's expressed his willingness to reach out to the world and let it be known it is now legal! Don who admittedly has had many run ins with the law over smoking marijuana said he is no longer afraid since he now  is a marijuana card toting toker.  Don said he personally wrote the lyrics to his newest song and actually recorded it on a whim in his very own studio. If you listen to the words, his message is pretty simple, but I will let you be the judge of that.  The video has the aroma of a dimly lit bar from the 70's with a packed out standing room only with thick smoke in the air with beer sipping hippies jamming to pot legal. It was a pleasure interviewing such a fine man such as Don, he was being real and is one of those guys who says …

Licensing Marijuana Delivery Drivers

Licensing marijuana delivery drivers seems to be swirling around in the mind of lawmakers as more and more deliveries are being conducted everyday.  Since the Federal Government has taken a negative stance against marijuana collectives this appears to be another futile attempt to get at the hearts of medical marijuana patients.[more...]  The government is considering having all marijuana delivery drivers to have a special stamp and or code placed on their drivers license in an attempt to identify them as medical marijuana delivery persons.  Now then, this may not seem to be to bad by the looks of it but there are certainly constitutional rights to the expectation of privacy.  It begs the question, why would the Federal Government even care?  Well, we are not sure but we know they are eager to identify anyone selling, distributing, transporting or even asking for donations to medical marijuana deliveries.

American Cannabis or Mexican Cannabis

American cannabis or Mexican cannabis, will the real cannabis please stand up?  Seriously, do you know which is which?[more...] Well, neither do we, however, we are told there is a distinct difference and it is all started on how it is raised.  As an example many drug cartels will hire runners to do their dirty work.  Meaning they will hire migrant workers who are basically insolvent or poor people who really just need a job.  The migrant worker will clear out a swatch of land and dig what are called "corn rows" in effort to raise cannabis.  This is the favorite way the Mexican farmer plants his/her garden, you might call it the old fashion traditional way.  The soil may be rich or it may have a lack of nutrients.  The migrant worker will undoubtedly use a mix of chemicals which mostly are miracle grow type fertilizers in effort to get the cannabis to spring up quickly.  There is not  much wrong with using fertilizers but it truly depends on wh…
