Mexican Drug Cartels are losing the drug battles with U.S. officials.  Everyday, the D.E.A. seeks them out like cockroaches...The Mexican traffickers are widespread throughout the U.S. and most outdoor grows are being eradicated by the D.E.A. everyday here in America.  The Mexican drug cartels are said to be organizations, although not very well organized they are still deemed dangerous by the D.E.A.  Why?  Well, it is not hard to figure out, the cartels are into more than just growing marijuana and the distribution thereof. Eric Holder Crowned Attorney General

President Barack Obama has some big changes coming about in his administration.  One notable member of the cabinet that does plan to stay on for at least the near future is Attorney General Eric Holder.  This is significant for the marijuana reform movement.  A few more changes for President Obama, he is going to get a new Treasury Secretary, Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense. Federal Judge Rules

Federal Judge Rules: Maria-Elena James, Magistrate, United States District Court, Northern California Division, agrees with State Judge and upholds previous ruling.  What does this mean?  Looking back, about a month ago a State of California Civil Judge made an order stating that Ana Chretien, property owner & landlord of Harborside (Health Center) Medical Marijuana could not lawfully evict Harborside since it is deemed a medical marijuana dispensary, therefore the case was closed.  Ana Chretien, thinking the State Judge erred took it a step further and filed moving papers in the United States District Court, Northern California Division in effort to have the State Judges ruling over turned.  Ana Chretien, lost again!  A Federal Judge agreed with the State Judge and declined to overturn the earlier ruling, thus, Ana Chretien lost.  Harborside medical marijuana dispensary is located in Oakland, California. Let it be Cannabis

Welcome, let it be cannabis or shall we?  During the week, most reporters are scouring the internet to find those epic stories to tweak.... and bring them to you before anyone else.  The problem is there isn't much happening in the lime light today even with all the hype about the legalization of cannabis in the States of Colorado & Washington.  Since the Federal Government is being so quiet or secretive, who knows what they are thinking.....No big deal, we can always find something to chat about and decided to mix it up a bit and bring you a tranquil but necessary rendition of remix words from the underground.  Wouldn't it be nice if the U.S. Federal Government would just say, "Let it be cannabis?"  I think we get all wrapped up in things in life and seem to fight un-nessary battles among ourselves here in America.  Why?  Well, I was thinking it is because we are a free America and we were raised to fight until the end and never give up.  Mo…
